Each Avella Table is built around a monthly theme that shapes everything — the food, the table design, the layout, the lighting, and the mood of the room. When you arrive, the space is already transformed and the table is already set. You take your seat, settle in, and the night begins.
Throughout the evening, chef-curated bites are introduced in waves, thoughtfully paired with a micro wine tasting to keep the energy moving and the table engaged. Nothing is rushed and nothing is served all at once. The night unfolds naturally — conversation builds, plates change, glasses refill, and the atmosphere deepens.
